I’m a husband and a proud new father. I work with my hands as a skilled tradesman, stay driven through fitness, ride motorcycles, and stay connected to the land as an ethical hunter. These parts of my life don’t define me, but they shape me in meaningful ways.
I started writing because I needed an outlet — a place to put the constant internal dialogue and introspective thoughts that cloud my mind. With ADHD, my thoughts are always moving, always processing, always turning things over. Writing helps me slow everything down and make sense of what’s going on inside.
I wanted to keep a record of my journey through fatherhood and the kind of man I’ve worked hard to become — something my son can look back on one day and understand exactly who his father was. Too often, we only see our parents as finished products, never really knowing who they were or where they came from.
I also hope that the topics I explore and the reflections I share can speak to others and offer them some useful insight into their own lives.
My life is built on discipline, consistency, the reframing of perspective, and steady self-improvement. The things I’m into don’t define me, but they shape me — they keep me grounded, capable, and moving forward.
